Happy Valentine's Day, all you lovebirds! This was my 2nd time at BootCamp this morning. A little stiff, but I made it through. Back tomorrow! When I got home I had Vega protein shake for breakfast. No coffee today! I can't remember the last time I didn't have any coffee in the morning.
At lunch I met some folks over at my friends, Cas and Wilson's house. The president was in Decatur today for an event and the motorcade drove right by their house. Wilson made an event out of it. We saw the motorcade as it flew by us. Blink of an eye and that was pretty much it! He grilled out and was considerate enough to buy some veggie burgers for me.

This evening... another bowl of chili, of course! Still got this stuff coming out of my ears. Who wants some? I went to the GA Tech/Clemson game tonight with a few of my favorite Clemson fans. I had some popcorn for a snack and a water. Tomorrow's Friday-TGIF...
